About the Role

You’ll be the go-to designer for turning ideas into visuals that feel fresh, on-brand, and made to convert. Whether it’s building out branded templates, designing campaign assets, or adding magic to pitch decks, your work will help shape how we show up across platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design engaging marketing emails that work across devices and platforms

• Create social content (Instagram, LinkedIn, Stories, Reels covers, etc.)

• Build and beautify internal and client presentations (Keynote + Pitch.)

• Design digital ads and web banners for campaigns and launches

• Maintain consistency across all brand visuals while pushing creative boundaries

• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and content creators to bring campaigns to life

• Support on branding and layout work when needed

Must-Haves

• 2–4 years of design experience

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• A strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy

• Experience designing for social media, email, and digital ads

• A creative mind with great attention to detail and a proactive attitude

• Comfort working remotely and managing your own time

💡 Bonus Points

• Experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or other email marketing platforms

• Familiarity with basic web design or drag and drop builders
