We’ve taken this brand from $0 to currently around $1.3M/mo in 12 months. Fully bootstrapped and profitable. We’re gearing up for our next growth phase and we need a superstar to lead our HR Team.
In a rapidly scaling e-commerce company like HeadX, which currently consists of around 35 people and is experiencing significant growth, we are looking for an HR professional who will be instrumental in establishing and refining HR processes from the ground up. This HR expert will need to design and implement HR frameworks that support our rapid scaling, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. This role involves not just managing existing processes but also proactively creating and adapting systems to meet the evolving needs of our fast-growing workforce.
