We’re looking for a Video Content Creator with a Recruiting Background to join our team and be the face of Enhancv’s video content. You’ll confidently step in front of the camera to create educational, engaging, and actionable content that empowers job seekers on platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. This isn’t a behind-the-scenes role — you’ll be the on-camera personality driving our content forward. The content that needs to be produced is a lot, and the question is — are you up for the challenge and ready to roll up your sleeves?

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• 🎥 Be the face and voice of our video content, presenting with confidence and authenticity to engage job seekers on multiple platforms.
• 📝 Write scripts for video content that simplify complex job-seeking concepts into clear and actionable advice.
• 📊 Research and share insights on hiring trends, recruiter expectations, and industry best practices.
• 📈 Optimize video content for distribution on platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
• 🔄 Stay updated on recruitment trends to ensure content relevance and accuracy.
• 💡 Contribute ideas for new content series, formats, and engagement strategies.
• 👩‍💻 Plan and execute projects end-to-end. You’ll handle everything from brainstorming and scripting to recording and editing, with plenty of support from our team and resources like user data, visual assets, and more!

Here’s what you bring to the table:

• 🛠️ You have experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR processes and a passion for helping people grow in their careers.
• 🎙️ You're comfortable being on video and engaging with an audience; You’re familiar with social media content trends
• ✍️ You’ve worked on video content before (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and you have solid experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
• ⭐️ You can’t miss either a deadline or a tiny detail (mention your favorite ice-cream flavor when answering the second question of the application to let us know you saw this).
• 📚 You can break down complex topics into easy-to-understand, relatable narratives & from scriptwriting to video editing, you ensure every piece aligns with our brand standards.
