We are looking for a talented and proactive recruiter to join our international team. You’ll be responsible for sourcing candidates, explaining job opportunities in detail, and managing the entire selection process.

If you're great at spotting talent and navigating social media, we want to hear from you!

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract candidates through various platforms and channels.

Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.

Clearly explain job descriptions, expectations, and company culture.

Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process.

✅ Requirements:

English proficiency (B2 or higher – spoken and written) is essential.

Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience.

Strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Reliable internet connection.

Must be comfortable working with adult content-related roles (no explicit exposure, but context is adult-oriented).

🌟 Bonus Points If You:

Are skilled at sourcing on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Upwork, Computrabajo, or similar.

Have a large following on any social media platform.

Understand marketing and engagement strategies on Reddit and Twitter.

Have experience recruiting in freelance or creator-based industries.

💰 Compensation:

Base salary: $450/month

Performance-based bonuses depending on your results and KPIs.

🕒 Schedule:

Freelance role – work from anywhere, on your own time.

One required daily meeting at 11:00 AM VNZ time.

Must be available for additional meetings or trainings as needed.
