We are seeking a developer who blends frontend excellence with blockchain proficiency. You should have:

• Proven experience building web applications with React and Next.js; strong UI/UX sensibilities and performance optimization.
• Solid understanding of Solidity and hands-on experience developing smart contracts for Ethereum-like networks; familiarity with DeFi patterns and security considerations.
• Experience with Ethereum and other EVM-compatible networks; comfortable with wallet integrations, gas optimizations, and on-chain/off-chain data flows.
• Strong grasp of version control (Git) and agile development practices; capable of collaborating in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication.

Nice-to-have: experience with zkSync, Polygon, and multichain deployments; knowledge of formal verification or security testing for smart contracts; exposure to testing frameworks (e.g., Hardhat, Foundry) and front-end testing (Jest, Cypress).

Web3 Talent Agency presents an exciting opportunity with Zoro, a DeFi protocol that enables crypto assets to be used as collateral to borrow the base asset, while also allowing accounts to earn interest by supplying assets. The project aims to integrate with 10 networks, starting with Polygon, and has already achieved zkSync integration. The stack centers on React/Next.js and Solidity, and the team seeks to deliver user-friendly interfaces alongside secure, scalable smart contracts. This role sits at the intersection of frontend engineering and blockchain development, contributing to a cutting-edge DeFi platform with ambitious growth plans and cross-network interoperability.

• Develop and maintain responsive web interfaces using React and Next.js, translating product requirements into polished user experiences.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to implement robust smart contracts using Solidity and ensure seamless interaction between frontend and on-chain logic.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to maintain high-quality software and secure dApp integration.
• Investigate, triage, and resolve issues related to dApps, smart contracts, and cross-network blockchain integration.
• Stay current with the latest trends in blockchain technology, DeFi, and security practices to drive innovation and maintain competitive edge.
• Contribute to development best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and documentation to support scalable growth.

Desirable but not required: demonstrated experience shipping DeFi products, working with cross-chain bridges or oracles, familiarity with security best practices in smart contracts, and a track record of collaborating with remote, distributed teams. Strong interest in blockchain economics, governance, and the evolving DeFi landscape.
