As part of the development organization, you will work on internal platforms and tools that help our teams plan, execute, and optimize operations at scale. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional groups to enable data-driven decision making, improve platform reliability, and support the continuous evolution of our systems to meet growing business needs.

• Maintain and enhance existing internal web applications and APIs.
• Develop new features and tooling within established systems.
• Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team processes.
• Follow best practices for application security, performance, and reliability.
• Support integration and migration efforts for newer technologies.
• Engage in architectural discussions and contribute to roadmap planning for internal platforms.

• Experience with Angular and modern front-end frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Proactive communicator who can articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
