We’re a content-driven team that values quality, consistency, collaboration and clear communication. We’re looking for a sharp-eyed, detail-loving editor to help us maintain high editorial standards across our work. If you enjoy fine-tuning content, providing thoughtful feedback, and making good writing even better, we’d love to work with you!
This is a freelance position that will require around three hours of work per month.
What you’ll do:

Fix grammar, spelling and punctuation errors, making sure everything is polished and professional.
Improve flow and readability, ensuring content is smooth, engaging and easy to follow.
Provide constructive feedback to writers and first-round editors, helping them grow and refine their work.
Conduct a meta-review of first-round edits—in other words, a quality check on the editing itself to make sure no mistakes slipped through.
Types of projects:
We provide our clients with a wide array of projects, including:
Creative content: blog posts, website content, opinion pieces, informative articles
Marketing content: emails, newsletters

What we’re looking for:
Experience in content editing, proofreading or quality control—whether in publishing, journalism or content creation.
A strong grasp of editorial style guides and best practices.
Ability to give clear, constructive feedback that helps writers and editors improve.
Native-level Spanish skills (written and verbal) and a strong command of English.
An eagle eye for detail and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Why you’ll love this role:
Long-term, ongoing collaboration—we’re looking for someone who wants to stick around.
A flexible, remote-friendly schedule—about 3 hours per month.
