Audien Hearing (audienhearing.com) is America's #1 over-the-counter (OTC) hearing aid company. We provide high-quality, affordable hearing aids to help improve the standard of living for anybody who struggles with hearing. While traditional hearing aids cost between $2,000-$4,000 per pair, ours can be purchased for as low as $100 (with pricing increasing from there, depending on the model). We recently partnered with Walmart to sell our hearing aids in over 4,400 stores across the United States; we are also expanding into BestBuy, Walgreens, CVS, and more. Our company is growing quickly and making a massive impact in the American market.

About the role:

Our fast-growing team is seeking detail-oriented, empathetic customer service reps to help manage all customer inquiries. This is an opportunity to not only make a positive difference in the lives of our customers, but also provide an essential role for our business. We are currently hiring for agents that are fluent in both Spanish and English. Please see all requirements below.

Job requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience for U.S. companies
  • High level of verbal/written communication and comprehension in English (C level preferred)-- this is a must
  • Fluent in Spanish-- both verbal and written
  • Has worked in healthcare and/or technical support
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Comfortable offering/pitching upsells to customers
  • Ability to manage high-volume inbound / outbound calls
  • Email support experience
  • Most importantly, we need reps who are kind, compassionate, and empathetic to our customers-- they always come first.

Compensation:

Starting pay is $8/hour, full-time 40 hour work week, with bonuses based on performance. We will offer the ability to grow and get promoted to our best-performing talent.
