Studio Prime Painting is a fast-growing home services company based in Arizona, USA. As part of our growth, we seek an experienced Appointment Setter to join our team and become a key driver of our sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales and operations teams to convert inbound inquiries into booked painting estimates, nurture warm leads, and re-engage past clients and partner networks (e.g., realtors and property managers). Your role is central to delivering qualified appointments that convert into revenue, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer care.

• Call inbound leads who requested painting estimates and follow up on warm prospects with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Perform light outbound outreach to past clients, aged leads, and partner contacts to re-engage opportunities
• Adhere to a provided script with qualifying questions and pre-closing steps
• Log all call activity, notes, and outcomes in the CRM accurately
• Confirm appointments and assist with managing follow-ups to ensure commitments are kept
• Report directly to the business owner and provide feedback on lead quality and process improvements

1+ year of outbound calling experience for U.S. clients and a demonstrated ability to set appointments. Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to quickly learn new tools. Experience in home services industries (e.g., solar, HVAC, windows, roofing) or prior roles as ISA, BPO, or U.S. real estate VA are a plus. A reliable home office setup with stable internet and a noise-free environment is required. A neutral American English accent is preferred.
