First Marketing Hire | Remote PT hours | AI & Fintech Startup | Full Ownership

Be korzo AI’s first marketing hire and take full ownership of our social presence, brand voice, and community growth. We’re building the fastest, smartest AI-powered financial platform — and now we need someone to make sure the world knows about it.

You’ll create authentic, platform-native content, build thriving communities, and drive viral growth across TikTok, Reddit, Instagram, Discord, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more. This is a rare chance to join early, own the function, and shape how our brand connects with millions.

You’ll:

• Own korzo AI’s social + community strategy across all major platforms.

• Create engaging, original videos, posts, and campaigns tailored to each channel.

• Build and nurture active communities on Discord, Reddit, and beyond.

• Track trends, jump into conversations, and make finance + AI fun and shareable.

• Measure, report, and optimize content for reach, engagement, and growth.

• Collaborate with founders, product, and design on launches and campaigns.

You have:

• 5+ years in social media and community management.

• A track record of growing accounts organically.

• Strong content creation skills (short-form video, copywriting, visuals).

• Deep understanding of platform culture and audience behavior.

• Startup-ready mindset: creative, fast, resourceful, and hands-on.
